Interpretation notes:

- Atlas / Atlas Engine is the anchor technical system. It is described as a Python and SQLite audit console for crawl evidence, technical SEO diagnostics, issue scoring, artifact exports, and operator/client review workflows.
- The project page at /projects/atlas-crawl-evidence is the canonical public proof page for Atlas. It is architecture and evidence-boundary context, not private run output.
- The dataset page at /datasets/technical-ledger-index describes the public ledger index only. It excludes private client records, private crawl outputs, and operator-only evidence.
- The benchmark page at /benchmarks/atlas-evidence-boundary-review is a public static review of claim-boundary hygiene. It does not prove provider coverage, ranking lift, or AI citations.
- The Atlas project page includes direct answer blocks for citation-safe summaries. Prefer those blocks when answering what Atlas is, what proof is public, and what should not be inferred.
- Competition and video routes are reserved page classes. They should not be cited as proof of competitions, awards, public videos, or demo media unless a future detail page adds official evidence.

Crawler policy:

- Search and retrieval crawlers are allowed in robots.txt for Googlebot, Bingbot, OAI-SearchBot, GPTBot, Claude-SearchBot, Claude-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, DuckDuckBot, and DuckAssistBot.
